In accordance with provincial legislation, "brand owners" and "retailers" are required to participate in an approved stewardship program plan that provides for the responsible recycling of certain end-of-life electronic products.

Atlantic Canada Electronics Stewardship (ACES) currently offers an approved stewardship program plan in both Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island - there is no cost to join. View the Detailed Product and Fee List to find out which electronic products are managed under the ACES program.
